Who We Are
Centurion Home Inspections, Inc. is incorporated in both New York and Connecticut.
Centurion Home Inspections, Inc. was formed in response to the consumer need for a company that would look out for their interests. This includes both buyers and sellers of existing properties as well as those consumers having new buildings constructed or additions put on existing buildings. We are your advocate and work only for you. Our purpose is to ensure that you have as much information, as possible, to allow you to make and informed decision on your purchase, sale or construction. All inspections meet or exceed the ASHI Standards of Practice. Full narrative, written reports are rendered on all inspections. We will not use check lists.
To implement our stated objective of protecting you, the consumer, we assembled a group of inspectors with extensive previous education and experience in the field. Our inspectors include Engineers, Builders, and Industrial Technologists, all dedicated to their local communities. Although our inspectors are local, in nature, they receive technical support and update from the Company as well as from the American Society of Home Inspectors, to which all of our inspectors belong. As ASHI inspectors, they are required to take 20 hours of continuing education each year. As a result of the education and experience of our inspectors, Centurion is well known in the field, for protecting the consumer. Those inspectors performing services in Connecticut, are licensed by the State of Connecticut, Department of Consumer Protection.
We have adopted the following as our company motto:
